Yes. Kaiyo Wealth is a Registered Investment Advisory firm and acts as a fiduciary in all engagements with clients.

We believe combining a disciplined, long-term investment strategy with goals-based financial planning keeps clients on track to accomplish their goals while minimizing investment risk.

Investment strategy: Disciplined & Diversified

Disciplined. A long-term investment strategy for all market conditions and avoiding timing the market or chasing returns. A well-crafted financial and investment plan helps clients stay the course and avoid poor investment decisions based on fear or greed.Investment Planning & StrategyLegacy/Estate Planning.

Diversified.  No single investment’s performance should determine the outcome of your success. There are no sure things in the markets. Spreading your holdings across different investments helps you prepare for any market outcome, rather than trying to predict what will come next.

Investments: Low cost, Liquid, and Tax-efficient

Low cost. The effects of high investment costs compound over the years and reduce investor performance. Reducing portfolio expenses directly adds returns to portfolio performance.

Liquid. Investments with greater liquidity reduce complexity and allow for easier portfolio rebalancing to match investors risk appetite and investment time horizons.

Tax efficient. By primarily using low-cost exchange-traded funds that track market indices, we can reduce the taxable events from the portfolio that are generated from buying and selling securities in an actively managed fund and from capital gains distributions from mutual funds.

Depending on goals, risk tolerance, and a sound investment opportunity, some clients may be invested in alternative investments.

At Kaiyo Wealth, we seamlessly connect with clients nationwide through secure and convenient remote services, ensuring personalized financial planning and investment management no matter where you are.

No! We custody our client’s assets at Charles Schwab and Altruist, LLC. This ensures there is always a firewall protecting your assets.

We are a fee-only firm. That means that you are paying for advice. There are no commissions for any investment products so that you can be sure that any recommendations are made based on our belief that it offers you the best option for success.

Our fees are withdrawn quarterly from the investment accounts we manage.
